The distance from The Village at Sunriver to 2 Muskrat is approximatly 1/4 of a mile. It is a very easy walk or bike ride.

There are no bikes available at this home. We do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible. In addition, we do provide discounts (10% or more) for bike rentals at a few of our local shops. Save up to 30% at Sunriver Toyhouse (seasonal operation).

2 Muskrat does not have A/C. We do offer many homes and condos with this amenity. If you are searching online for our property listings, you can select A/C as one of your "Must Haves," and only units that have A/C will pop up.
Is there a usable garage, and how many cars can fit in the driveway in front of it?

2 Muskrat does not have a garage. Depending on the size, you could park approximately 3-4 vehicles in the drive.
