This house was great lovely 2 story house with a hot tub pool table foosball and lots of puzzles games etc to do. The kitchen was nice size two adults in the kitchen were not bumping into each other love the open Soace so the cook didn’t feel excluded. The heat system was a little confusing I struggled with keeping the downstairs warm but it was snowing our trip and lows into single digits. Close to everything in the villages and nice park just down the road. Will definitely stay again

Stayed in this Unit (4 Flattop) many times. Glad to see an upgrade in the main TV. However, we were never able to get the two TVs in the bedrooms to work. We're all fairly competent computer/internet folks. Problem seemed to be that the router (in the basement) was just too far away from the TVs to work. Not that big a deal, but frustrating. Excellent service on our propane request, nice newer Refrigerator. All in all a great time as usual. Can't wait to come back!

Second Time Here

Love this house! Second time staying here. Perfect rec room/bunk room for the kids. Loved the pool table, foosball, and the Wii games. Great views from upstairs, lots of seating. Beds are very comfortable. Enjoyed the bikes, and how close it is to Fort Rock Park. Very easy to work with staff. Will be back!

Terrific Cabin

This is a terrific cabin for a family at a great value! The location is great, but it is uphill from the SHARC and the village. The house is definitely rustic, and a bit rickety (when walking around upstairs...) but it was perfect for our family with young kids (an 8 year and 7 year old twins).

The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. The furniture and beds were all really comfortable, and the downstairs rec room was a great place for the kids to hang out.

Everything was great. Unit was well provisioned. We did get more kitchen bags and dishwasher soap. Very much enjoyed the unit. Was a good fit for grandkids downstairs. The place had a good comfortable lived in feel! Very happy with our stay and your management. Will come again.

Amazing Time

Had an amazing time! The kids didn’t want to leave even after being there an entire week. Plenty of bikes, a bike trailer even, super close to the park. We’ve been to sun river plenty of times but we’ll definitely be back to this house.

Great Stay!

Had a great stay at 4 Flat Top Ln! What an awesome and affordable spring break week... the house was perfect for kids and pups, hot tub was great, pool table ?, lots of space, bikes and pool passes, and we loved having the real wood fireplace. Mt Bachelor even cooperated with 12 inches of new snow in April! Couldn’t get any better! Thanks so much for our second year in a row of a fantastic spring break!

Great vacation place!

We stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful time. We were traveling with another family who happened to rent a house right next to us. Needless to say, the teen boys used Flat Top 4 as the hang out. The first floor was great with the pool table and large table for playing cards. The house is centrally located to Sharc, the village and Fort Rock Park(we have a 1 year old as well). It is well stocked with games and movies, and the kitchen is well stocked as well. Mountain Resort Properties was great to us. We were able to check in early, and the staff was friendly and courteous. We had one issue with one of the bikes, and they were out to pick it up immediately. We would definitely stay at Flat Top 4 again.

Great Getaway

We were in Sunriver for a golf tournament and used Mountain Resort Properties to find a place to stay. We stayed at Flat top 4 and found everything prepared in a way that we could really enjoy our time there. We fenced off the wraparound deck and our puppies had a delightful time romping around. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We were in a great location for our many long walks-we even were able to walk to a couple of holes on the golf course and watch the tournament. We had a peaceful and sun filled time! We would have liked more light in the house so that we could read and play games easier.

The management company was very easy to work with. Home location was great...close to the park. The kitchen had everything a family would need for cooking. The pool table was a lot of fun! The house was fairly clean. A nice floor plan and a very comfortable family house. Wifi was a great addition. (if you are traveling with infants, the sound does travel in the house!)

Overall, this was a great experience. We have been in quite a few houses at Sunriver, and this one has a lot of cool amenities. Best features: Pool table on large first floor (feels like basement), private hot tub plus spa tub in "master" suite, wrap-around deck, and awesome, huge main floor with large screen TV, DVD, VCR and many movies. Well-stocked, large kitchen. In trees with private feel, but 10-15 min walk to SHARC. Several bikes in garage. Least favorite things: the lighting inside is poor; the CFU lights are the old ones that take 20 minutes to warm up. Main floor is up many stairs, so no good for folks with mobility issues. Small things could use attention; many light switches didn't seem to be related to anything. The rental agency folks were great, price was right, and we would go back. Pet friendly, and when we didn't bring our pet, our money was refunded, no questions asked.
