The property management was timely and reliable in providing reservation and check-in information. Crag 1 is a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishware, flatware, and cooking necessities. Our dog had her own little treat waiting :) The decor was very cozy-there was even some holiday touches which was nice! It was in a convenient location and a very comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in this delightful house! The space was great including a good sized deck to enjoy many meals. The hot tub was also a favorite. Our only complaint was that the washer was out of order and we were not informed until we got there and there was a sticky note on the washer. We would have packed differently if we had known. A suggestion would be to at minimum have a voucher system available for either a laundry service or laundry mat. More towels were brought to us however. We will book again in the future, thank you!

Sorry that the washer was not working upon arrival.  We had only learned of this the afternoon of your arrival when prepping the house for your visit.  Unfortunately, we were unable to provide you with an advance notice due to the timing of the discovery.  The necessary part has been ordered and we expect to have the washer up and working very soon.  Other than the washer, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and do look forward to seeing you again!

The house was sparkling clean, and all communication was great. We has a leaky kitchen faucet in our rental and they were quick to respond and fix.

Great place!

"We spent Spring Break (5 days) at the Cozy Bear Den and it was all-around an awesome place for our family of 4 (2 kids, ages 8 and 10). Favorite features: - clean, cared for, modern updates made it so comfortable - tucked off and away from the main road/thoroughfare so kids could bike around freely - enough area around the house to walk the dog, not too close to any neighbors so it felt private - proximity to Fort Rock Park is a major bonus - easily walkable and bikable - the access to the garage with bikes for the entire family was a huge benefit (just need to bring helmets) - kids loved the upstairs loft area w/ old school games for the not-awesome weather days The amenities were 100% on point - we did not need anything other than groceries. Everything was there, clean, and easily accessible. We will rent here again. Strongly recommend. "

Perfect!

We had a great family Thanksgiving at Crag 1! It was the perfect location and the perfect layout. The kitchen was fully stocked for our Thanksgiving cooking, the beds were comfortable and the bunk room was just what our daughter wanted. Only wish there was an enclosed patio where the hot tub is that would be our only wish. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed ourselves.
