Hear what the people (like you) are saying: " I just came back from a vacation in Sunriver, Feb. 16th to Feb. 24th. I had been 4 years prior and was in a workout routine consisting of running/weights 6 days a week. But when I visited Sunriver 4 years ago, I was unable to find a gym and was forced to run outside on the snow-covered icy roads/trails for my workout. This time, I came more prepared with a jump rope and an exercise band that I could use for cardio and resistance training while staying somewhat indoors (garage). But when I arrived this time, I was told of Mavericks and was very excited to take advantage of an indoor gym. But once I got there, I was so impressed and realized that this was more than just a gym. I was shocked at how \"country club\" it was and was so excited to work out there! I worked out a couple of days on my own and then found that there were classes. And this is what I really wanted to email about. I took a cardio blast class with Adam and was blown away at what an amazing class it was and even more impressed with Adam. He was extremely knowledgeable and very motivating. He obviously assessed my fitness level in the beginning by observing how I fared on some of his tasks, and then pushed me, supported me and educated me. He was phenomenal. I\'ve been working out for many years and have searched for personal trainers and have come up short. And though Adam wasn\'t training me, per se, he gave individual attention to all of us in the class when needed. Ages ranged from 20\'s to 60\'s and he accommodated us perfectly. It was so refreshing and so worth every penny. I came back to our place and bragged to everyone staying with us how great the class and Adam were. Though it literally kicked my a--, I couldn\'t stop talking about it. He\'s a gem!!! I was just crushed when I found out that he was going to be on vacation for the remainder of my trip. I was able to still work out in the amazing facility and we took advantage of the rock wall and pool.
