Great Home

The Wallowa home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed with 2 families. We really enjoyed the fireplace. It came stocked with everything we needed to have a warm fire in the evening, which was perfect with the beautiful snowy landscape. Overall, this was a great home. It was spotless which was a big priority for our families.

Great rental house, perfect for two families with kids. Loved the access passes to SHARC, close to market, clean and comfy beds. Great communication from property mgmt company.

We stayed at Wallowa 10. This 3 bedroom house was very nice. Large master bedroom and walk in closet. Master bathroom even had a door going out to the deck. Nice kitchen, plenty of dishes and cookware. Comfortable leather couches in Living room, nice size TV that can swivel to be seen from anywhere in the living room, dining room and kitchen. Very nice Jacuzzi inside a private deck. Upper deck has a large table and chairs and very private as well. We have two teenagers that really enjoyed the large downstairs rooms and private bathrooms as well. Garage has a ping pong table and plenty of storage space if you bring your own bikes. I would easily stay in this house again we loved it.

We loved this rental! It was cozy and comfortable. The only thing we noticed is the couch in the garage needs to be vacuumed.

Excellent! Warm and helpful! When I needed some wash clothes the office was so quick to help in any way. We also had terrible air quality issues due to the fires and once again the office was warm and ready to accommodate.

Enjoyed it so much we extended our stay!

"This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We loved having our own bathrooms and everyone especially appreciated how comfortable the beds were. There were plenty of towels as well as blankets for staying cozy. We used the wood fireplace all day, every day, and were delighted with how much wood was provided! The proximity to the Sunriver Marketplace can't be beat, and we cooked all of our meals in the kitchen which was extremely well-appointed (it even had spices and cooking oil). The hot tub was great and comfortably fit all of us, and we loved spending our evenings staring at the stars in it. The garage had several bikes and we rode into the Village several times, so fun! The guys enjoyed the ping pong table, and the girls loved the little Christmas tree that was still glowing in the living room. This has become our favorite house in Sunriver and we're looking forward to returning! "

Will Be Back

What a great house! We visited with another couple and having 2 main bedrooms, both with king size beds and attached baths was fantastic. There was plenty of dishware, glassware and silverware as well as everything we needed for the cooking we did do. It was very comfortable. The hot tubs and ping pong table were fun as well. We will definitely be back.

Well Appointed

Check-in was simple and easy, and the home at Wallowa 10 was well-appointed for our buddies' golf trip. Plenty of space to physical distance, yet homey enough to gather safely and socially. I hadn't been to Sunriver in many years, but have only used Mountain Resort Properties - and will continue to whenever I stay.

We had a wonderful time staying in this large home with our family. Plenty of Open space and well appointed. Nice selection of games for families to play. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. We used the barbecue most every night. We will be back! The Walker family.

Will Rent Again

We rented 10 Wallowa for the first time and this is definetely a home we will rent again on future visits. Recommend for both winter and summer. MRP is always easy to rent thru, best pricing, easy to check in/out and an overall great experience. This particular home is well stocked and has a peek a boo view of Mt. Bachelor, which was covered in snow. Hot tub was wonderful, nice to have a wood burning fireplace (love the smell), every bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath. Another bonus is it is easy in and out of the Cottonwood entrance and easy short walk to the north Sunriver Market.

Exceptional service, friendly staff and the house set up was PERFECT for our family. We plan on staying there again but for a longer time period. Very nice spot.

Communications by email was great. I had all of my check in and out directions sent to my email, it was hassle free. I called the office with some questions and staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a reliable leasing company. We liked the house, it was spacious and layout was perfect for 3 couples. The house was very well stocked with kitchen stuff, towels, fire wood...we had an amazing time in Sunriver!

Great Getaway

"Loved being able to get in the hot tub after a long day snowboarding. So close to the mountain! We came for a relaxing weekend vacation and left feeling refreshed. Up to date, plenty of room for 3-4 couples or a family. No critiques; loved it!"

Beautiful Home/ Great Renovations

Stayed in this home for an anniversary with my girlfriend and will definitely be coming back. We were greeted with a thoughtful note from the owners which made us feel right at home. It was clear a lot of thought and love was put into this home which is awesome to see as a renter! Just a quick bike ride to the village which was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. Can't wait to come back to Wallowa 10

"We love Sunriver and loved 10 Wallowa!! Girls weekend with moms and our pre-teen daughters! Plenty of space for us all:) Loved the sky lights and sunlight even on a cloudy day, the ping pong table was a added bonus for the girls and the hot tub was enjoyed by all! Great balcony's and privacy even with neighbors!! Definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon."

Our recent stay at 10 Wallawa at Sunriver was fantastic. The layout of the two story home was perfect, with two king-sized bedrooms and another room that would sleep 4. The home was very clean upon our arrival, and the instructions for everything from wifi to bbq were very clear. The kitchen was well-stocked for a large group. We were concerned about lack of air conditioning if it got hot, but we were fortunate that the temperature didn’t exceed 85?. The master bedroom had a ceiling fan and several of the other rooms had floor fans in case it did get hot. The home is a 2 minute walk from the North Market and close to Cottonwood for traveling on Highway 97 to Bend. The North Inmaha trail is right at the end of Wallowa loop for easy trail running and biking. The people at Mountain Resort Properties were very responsive, friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit Sunriver again and our search for a home will start at Mountain Resort Properties.

We are three couples who have been using the Wallowa 10 property for the past seven years This year held a nice surprise with upgraded kitchen appliances and a new large flat screen TV. This three bedroom, three bath home provides each couple with the privacy and convenience that makes for an easy arrangement plus the open kitchen/dining room/living room provides a great get-together location with lots of space.The hot tub is always hot and clean.The Maverick facility that is included works great for our group because on one day some of us go skiing and the others use this workout/swimming facility. The Mountain Resort people are easy to work with and very accommodating.

Our adult family liked the 3 queen bedrooms and well furnished Sun River home. Updated appliances, new recliner and large TV a plus.

CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AND QUIET!

It was our first time to Sun River and we really enjoyed our time in Wallowa 10! The house was so well organized that it made staying there, and keeping it in order, a breeze! The kitchen was very well appointed, and easy to cook in. We loved having the hot tub, the garage filled with bikes to ride both on the paths (to the mall, park, and river attractions) and the quiet little Wallowa cul-de-sac. The location was perfect for us. A bike ride away from the mall,  but right down the street from a great little grocery store that was well stocked and not overpriced. It was the perfect way to spend spring break with small children, and we'll definitely be back! Thanks for the recommendation, Debbie!
