"The Chalet"
Nicely appointed Sunriver vacation rental with a 2 story wall of windows and a fabulous layout. At 2400 sq ft, this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features a spacious great room, plus a downstairs bonus family room, allowing plenty of room for up to 8 guests to enjoy their stay! Upstairs on the main floor, guests will find an open floor plan joining the kitchen, dining and living areas with hardwood floors throughout. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and watch the big game or a movie on the flat screen TV or step out onto either one of the two large upper decks and soak up the sun enjoy a BBQ lunch or dine under the stars. A half bath is conveniently situated off the great room to accommodate visiting guests.
Provided is a large dining table that seats up to 10. The adjacent kitchen features a large island bar and granite counter-tops, stainless appliances and a gas range. A peaceful master suite is situated to the right upon entering the home and features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable King bed, flat screen TV and private access to the hot tub on the back deck. The en-suite bathroom offers dual vanities, a large walk-in shower, separate jetted tub, and a walk-in closet. Head downstairs to find the 2 guest bedrooms, each tastefully appointed with a Queen bed. A full bathroom, laundry room, and the bonus family room with a large flat screen TV, full-sized sleeper sofa bed and wood-burning stove round out the lower level.

Bikes: There are 2 bikes at this home. However, we do recommend bringing your own bikes whenever possible as bikes are not guaranteed, subject to change w/out notice and subject to downtime. Should you arrive and a bike is in need of repair, please notify our office and we will make every attempt to have it repaired. In addition, we do provide discounts for bike rentals at a few of our local shops.
With this rental through Mountain Resort Properties, we provide access to the SHARC Aquatic Center, tennis courts, along with many area discounts. Ask us about our seasonal discounts offered on golf.
SHARC Access 2023 - Free Unlimited: This home provides for 8 free unlimited access SHARC passes. These will be left in the home/condo for your convenience. You save $28 per person, per visit.

When you are ready to get out and explore Sunriver, head off down the path on foot, or hop on one of the provided bicycles waiting for you for the short trip to the Woodlands Golf Course and Club House or Fort Rock Park to utilize the playground, large open field, picnic benches, tennis and basketball courts. Shops and restaurants, horseback riding, and lazy summertime floats along the Deschutes River are all accessible within a few miles of this Sunriver Chalet. Looking for wintertime fun? Try snowshoeing on the fairways or head up to Mt. Bachelor, just 20 miles from your front door!
