When you stay with one of our four companies you gain exclusive access to Sunriver's newest amenity. As a traveler to Sunriver, would you pay as much or even more money per night at one of those other companies and get nothing additional for your dollar or would you stay with us and get access to Mavericks At
Sunriver. We here at Mountain Resort believe this makes perfect sense as do renters for your property.

The following services are provided as part of our nightly rental program: •Top management personnel available 7 days a week
• 24 hour guest reservation availability online or by phone
• Smaller company by choice (we believe in quality and not quantity... making for better return guest numbers) Your home is not in competition with hundreds of other homes
• Professional 24 Hour Maintenance
• Fair Maintenance charges... remote need a battery, only pay for a battery
• Friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing reservation staff
• Live assistance from a booking agent available 24 hours a day via telephone
• Open 7 days a week.

• Same day open and close service plus weekly security checks

Charges:
• MRP charges 28% management fee commission plus 5% recreation fee of gross rents.
(recreation fee provides MRP guests access to outdoor SROA pools, tennis courts, bike paths, etc.)
• Monthly management fee is $35.00 per house/condo
• Housekeeping charges are determined on a bid basis
• A $20.00 open/close fee charged for owner guests (not owner & immediate family)
• Maintenance, firewood, snow removal, etc. on a as needed basis

At Mountain Resort Properties, Inc we encourage repeat business by offering fully equipped, tastefully decorated vacation homes/condos. We ask that your home and furnishings be in good repair and well maintained at all times. We are selective as to the homes/condos we put on our rental program and we like to do walk through inspections with the owner to assist them with the rental criteria that will aid in providing them optimal rental conditions resulting in more rental nights.
