the Snow:

Take in the night sky, stars and enjoy conversation, dessert
and a hot drink with your family and friends this winter as
you snowshoe a short way with a naturalist guide in a stunning
old-growth Hemlock forest. Limited space available on select
weekends only. This is a can't miss trip...especially our
New Year's Eve Bonfire on the Snow. WHERE: Tour takes place
in the High Cascade Mountains. Shuttle van pick ups available

2nd Neighbor Impact Free Ski Day Food Drive at Mt. Bachelor
April 11, 2008
Bring three cans or other non perishable foods in exchange
for a lift ticket to ski. All food will be donated to the
Neighbor Impact and given to the poor and needy in Central
Oregon. WHERE: Donations accepted at Sunrise Lodge, West Village
ticketing area, Nordic Center and Bend Park and Ride. Snowblast
Tubing Tickets are not included. WHEN: Lifts open at 9am and

Golf and Fly-Fishing Derby to benefit Sparrow Club

The third annual Golf and Fly-Fishing Derby to benefit Sparrow
Clubs USA celebrates two of Central Oregon's greatest recreational
opportunities - golf and fly-fishing. The full weekend of
events begin with Friday’s dinner and silent auction at Brand
33 Restuarant, and also include a day of golf on the Aspen
Lakes Golf Course, a fly-fishing derby, pre-event golf and
fly-fishing clinics and more. The derby is open to the public
with an entry fee of $1,750 per person. To reserve your space

Desert Nights Cocktail Gala

High Desert Museum will be the site for this 5th annual blacktie
fundraising event. Guests will enjoy an opportunity to socialize,
explore the Museum, and enjoy an elegant evening of music,

Earth Day Fair & Procession of the Species Parade

Parade in Downtown Bend. The Earth Day Fair features fun kids
activities, unique earth freindly vendors, delicious food
and music & dancing. Do you love a parade? Swath yourself
in a costume representing your favorite species and join the
